107 2010 Indicator dash lights not working.

I recently purchased a 2010 107 automatic for my daughter, with 43k . owned by an older couple who hardly used it.

I have just had it Mot'd but there is afault on the dashboad. when you indicate, there are no turn lights showing on the dashboard.

Searching on Google it suggest a replacemnt dashboard cluster is needed, which I understand iis quite a big job.

If I can locate a second hand part, is is also possible to retain the current mileage ?
Is ther another fix that may be easier and less expensive as I imagine the labour cost could be expensive !!

Any help would be gratefully recieved.
