1.4 16v non start

    Just brought this 206, 1.4 16v 2005 model and its now not starting. I have checked the fuel at fuel rail which is good. I have tried the bsi reset and programed the keys again, charged up the battery so voltage is good. I dont think I am getting a spark. Found out that the fault reader is telling me that the throttle body is idling but the engine is not running? Could this stop the car from starting? Any help would be great before I lose my mind!
